Delivery Policy



Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays).
Tracking: Once the package is shipped, the system will send a "Tracking Number" via email. Customers can check the delivery progress on the logistics provider's official website.
Delivery Progress: Actual delivery is subject to the logistics provider's routes; delays may occur due to holidays or force majeure factors.
Package Loss: Any loss of packages due to incorrect shipping information, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect within the designated timeframe shall be borne by the customer.




A.Taiwan Orders



1. Logistics and Delivery Days:


Convenience Store Pickup (7-11, FamilyMart): Available for stores in mainland Taiwan and offshore islands.
Home Delivery: Dispatched via Chunghwa Post (limited to mainland Taiwan).
Estimated Delivery: Approximately 3–7 business days.


2. Pickup Instructions:

Information Accuracy: Please ensure the recipient's name, phone number, and address match your official identification.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Provide the recipient's real name and the last three digits of the mobile number, then complete the payment on-site.
Prepaid Packages: A valid original photo ID (matching the recipient's name on the package) must be presented for collection.


3. Important Notes:

Unclaimed Packages: Please collect your package within 7 days of arrival. Any shipping losses caused by unclaimed packages will be the customer's responsibility.




B.International Orders


1. Logistics and Delivery Days:


• Delivery: Shipped via International Express
• Estimated Delivery:
Asia: Approximately 5–10 business days.
Americas, Europe, and Oceania: Approximately 7–14 business days.


2. Shipping and Pickup Instructions:

Accuracy (Crucial): To ensure smooth customs clearance and delivery, please fill in the information in English (Note: Traditional Chinese is acceptable for Hong Kong, China, and Macau).
Recipient Name: Must provide the full English name matching your passport. Inconsistent names may lead to customs detention or rejection.
Contact Phone: Must include the country code (e.g., +1, +852) to facilitate contact by the delivery driver.
Detailed Address: Please provide a precise street address. PO Box addresses are not accepted.
Responsibility: If the package cannot be delivered due to incorrect information, any resulting losses shall be borne by the customer.


3. Important Notes:

Fees: We utilize the DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) method. The checkout total already includes international shipping fees, fuel surcharges, and import duties.
