Shipping Instructions:
- Orders will be shipped approximately 1 to 3 business days after placing the order (excluding the order date), not including holidays.
- Delivery times are Monday to Friday.
- Shipping may be delayed during holidays with high order volumes or due to unforeseeable natural disasters.
- Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the arrival notification SMS and pick up your order within 7 days of arrival. Uncollected orders will result in the customer bearing the shipping cost loss.
- Home Delivery: Actual delivery will be arranged according to the courier driver’s schedule.
Pickup Instructions:
- Follow the instructions in the pickup notification SMS to collect your items at the designated store.
- Cash on Delivery: The recipient must provide their real name and the last three digits of their phone number to the store clerk and complete the payment to receive the item.
- Prepaid Packages: The recipient must provide their real name and the last three digits of their phone number to the store clerk and present a photo ID that matches the recipient’s name on the package.
- For Taiwanese nationals, the name must be verified in Chinese; for foreign nationals, the name must be verified in English.
- Accepted IDs: ID card, health insurance card, driver’s license, student ID, military ID, passport, residence permit.
- Friendly Reminder: When picking up items from the store, it is recommended to avoid peak hours to significantly reduce waiting time.
