A.【Taiwan Orders】
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumers in Taiwan are entitled to a 7-day inspection period (not a trial period) upon arrival of the goods.

B.【International Orders】
The 7-day inspection period does not apply to international orders.
1. International Return & Exchange Regulations
• Non-Defective Items: Due to the complexity and high cost of international shipping, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons (e.g., "not as expected," "wrong size," "color difference," or "allergic reactions"), except for "Major Product Defects" or "Incorrect Items Shipped."
• Definition of Defect: Limited to functional damage, large stains, or obvious breakage.
• Non-Defective Scope: Natural material variations (texture/color), minor deviations in welding points, microscopic surface scratches, manual measurement errors, or minor packaging compression caused by transportation. These are considered normal within international inspection standards.
2. International Fees and Handling
• Shipping Costs: If the error is confirmed to be on the seller's part (wrong item/defect), the seller will bear the return shipping cost. In special cases where the seller agrees to a return, the round-trip international shipping fees, import duties, and administrative fees must be borne by the buyer and will be deducted from the refund.
• Package Rejection: If a package is returned due to "Incorrect Shipping Information" or "Unclaimed Package," the buyer must bear all resulting shipping fees and expenses. If the package is destroyed by customs due to inability to return, the seller will not provide a refund or reshipment.
